“ I booked Coo to help photograph my surprise proposal in Kyoto! Little did I know he would provide not only his excellent photography skills but also helpful insight into the best times/locations to propose. For example, I knew my girlfriend wanted a private engagement, and Coo was able to recommend a relatively quiet but still scenic spot where I was able to pop the question. He was extremely patient with my laundry list of questions and also quite flexible, as the weather forecast indicated it was likely to rain the planned time of the proposal. Thankfully, the sun held out. Coo was so natural in executing the plan and my girlfriend was completely surprised! Afterwards, he helped pose us and led us to other nearby locations to complete our photoshoot. “ Coo was a fantastic photographer to work with!! He did our engagement photos, and the whole experience with him was so much fun. There are many words to describe Coo, but the best one that comes to mind is Helpfulness. For example, Kimino Rentals, Coo provided me a list within his initial response, and even went out of his way to find one that does early morning rentals! That kind of help made planning head so much easier and even beat out the crowds during peak season. Separately, he even shared a cool itinerary for Japan, and it was super helpful. We did the engagement photos during Cherry Blossom season in Kyoto. Coo picked the best and most beautiful locations in the Higashiyama District. When we met up with him, it honestly felt like meeting up with an old friend. He was easy to talk to, and you could tell he was looking out for our best interests. I also appreciated how inclusive he was when my fiancé's parents tagged along. He was kind enough to have them participate in some of the shots, but also take photos for them from their phones. The turnaround time for the photo was sooner than expected. When we saw the photos, we were speechless and in awe. The number of compliments we got when we showed our friends, let us know we had made the right choice. I can't thank Coo enough for capturing beautiful memories with my fiancé that we will forever look back on. ”
