    Favourite Place to Shoot: Po'olenalena Beach because it offers diverse photo opportunities, featuring stunning rocks, palm trees, and beautiful white sand, making it perfect for both sunrise and sunset shots.

Three Things

  1. I love to spend time in nature every day with my family, exploring the hidden gems of this island. You might find me jumping into waterfalls, hiking in the forest, and diving in the ocean all in the same day!
  2. I spent many years traveling as a photojournalist to hidden corners of the world, discovering how photography fosters human connection and reveals the universal bonds that unite us, regardless of language.
  3. One thing I can't live without is my family—my husband and our two amazing children. They bring joy and inspiration to my life every day.

Sophia was wonderful to work with. Our family photo session included 16 people across four generations, and she somehow made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, especially with my mother's mobility challenges, and found great locations that worked for everyone and resulted in beautiful photos. We're so happy with the results and grateful for the memories she captured during our time in Maui. Thank you, Sophia!

Sophia was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was amazing with our kids- so patient, warm, and natural with them, which made the entire photoshoot feel relaxed and enjoyable. She knew exactly how to engage them and capture beautiful moments without making anything feel forced.
